We are looking for sales travel agents for the world’s largest online travel company!

You will be expected to:

  •  Be more than just an order taker, be an ambassador for our client.
  • Use your skills and knowledge to help customers book their perfect trip while considering product specifications, availability and individual preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service through telephone, e-mail, chat and all relevant media in timely and accurate manner
  • Take care of our customer – track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues effectively. 
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.

Our perfect candidate:

  • Has at least six months of customer care experience in a travel agency, airline, hotel, car rental, or hospitality / leisure industry
  • Understands the importance of a positive end-to-end Customer Experience
  • Loves talking on the phone Is familiar with sales techniques including overcoming objections
  • Has a warm and friendly attitude and pleasant tone of voice
  • Can multi-task like a true professional
  • Knows how to use a computer and keyboard like an expert
  • Amadeus system experience is an advantage

This is an operation with shift schedules including weekend shifts (Mo-Su 10-22)
